Shipping Regions

We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.

Every order goes through a quality check and secure packaging process before being shipped.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed after 5:00 PM MST will begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

After processing, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days.

Total delivery time: processing time + shipping time = 4–8 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays or unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, carrier issues).

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.

Taxes & Fees

All prices displayed include applicable taxes. We do not charge any additional hidden fees or membership charges.

Order Cancellation & Changes

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase before the order is shipped for a full refund.

Shipping Delays & Peak Seasons

Occasionally, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as extreme weather or carrier issues.

During peak shopping periods (e.g., holidays), shipping may take longer than usual.

If your order is delayed beyond 10 business days, we will reach out to you with an update and possible solutions.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first.

If the issue is not resolved, email us at support@latashasy.com, and we will assist you.

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will reship your order at no extra cost or provide a full refund.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for undelivered packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
