Return & Refund Policy
To ensure a safe and satisfactory shopping experience, please read the following return & refund policy, specifically tailored for our female fitness products.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. All items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.
Exchanges are not accepted.
Product-Specific Requirements
- Electronic/Smart Items: Devices with timers, counters, or electronic features (e.g., Smart Hula Hoop, Home Calorie Hoop) must be returned fully functional with all original components and packaging.
- Hygiene/Sanitizable Items: Products such as Pelvic Floor Trainers, Pilates Rings, Resistance Bands must be unused and sanitized before return for health and safety reasons.
- Heavy or Large Equipment: Ab Wheels, Core Trainers, Plate Support Trainers, and other heavy items must be inspected upon delivery. Report any damage within 3 days to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Return Process
- Contact us at support@latashasy.com with your order number and 2-3 photos showing the item and packaging.
- Once your request is approved, we will send detailed return instructions and our designated return address.
- Ship the item using trackable logistics and email us the tracking number.
- After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund or replacement.
Refunds
All approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and processed within 2 business days of receiving the return. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the funds.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide instructions and cover the return shipping cost.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement part, full replacement, or full refund as appropriate. Our support team can assist you with setup or troubleshooting for smart or electronic products.
Lost or Missing Packages
If a package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first. If unresolved, email us at support@latashasy.com for assistance.
Packages confirmed lost by the carrier will be reshipped or refunded. Packages marked as delivered by the carrier require investigation before refunds.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized items
- Consumables, hygiene products, or items marked non-returnable at purchase
